1. Eligibility for Refunds & Returns

We accept refunds or returns under the following conditions:

• The item received is defective or damaged.
• The wrong item was delivered.
• The product does not match the description or images listed on our Platform.

To be eligible for a return or refund:

• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all original documents (invoice, shipping label, etc.).
• You must initiate the request within 3 days of delivery.

2. Non-Refundable Items

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected time:

Shipping Policy

• All orders are shipped via registered domestic courier services or India Post.
• Delivery is expected within 7 days from the order/payment date, or as per the estimated delivery date provided during order confirmation.
• MACAVZ is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or postal authorities.
• Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer at the time of purchase.
• Shipping confirmation will be sent to your registered email address.
• Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
